Successful Camp

Ever since July till today.. we finally can pad our back that we had done a good job organising Youth Dhamma Camp 14, Unite2ignite. We went true many mental, physical and emotion challenge during the planing of camp.

Now, our hard work has finally paid off. I still remember, Venice and Jo-Lynn were talking about their dream camp. They were discussing about the theme of the camp. It was the idea of having all the old Kalyana Mitras to come for this camp. I was invited to join them into the team as one of the Director. At hand, I took up Food & Beverage Department as i believe i can do a lot of contribution in there, Venice and Jo-Lynn were not sure.. but it ended up Jo-Lynn took the position as programmers and Venice as Logistic Department. As time go on, we were rigid about who to choose to become our committee. Then Reuben came to join us in the Programs department.

As days go on, we didnt manage to get a full set of committee but what we got was enough to run the show. We were confident about the number of committee we had in organising this successful camp.

We struggle ourselves in preparing proposal. Venice did a lot of admin work for us. We Directors have to multi-task. Myself was the Director of F & B and also Treasurer, Venice, Logistic Director, Welfare, Advertising & Promotion and Secretary, Jo-Lynn was the Programs Directors, and Advertising & Promotion.

This was the most unique organisation structure. Three head as the leader of organisation. The Exco having doubts on the organisation structure. We know what will happen.. so earlier we did an firm say that we will concentrate and be objectives if anything arise.

so far we did a lot of work.. we have many ups and downs..

after so much struggle.. we manage to pull out one successful camp. Our hard earn work paid off. We feel so proud.

Convocation

Convocation is great. A great Memory they are.

I still remember when i was young during Pre-skool, i wear those motar hat as we graduate from tadika. That i remembered my face was red just before the picture was snap because i did something silly and embarassing. You wont believe what i did!! hehe..That was those day.

Now, Today, i'm attending actual graduation ceremony. To most people this is the moment of life, everyone waiting to graduated. At first i wasn't excited about the graduation until that very day. I started panic for awhile and felt that this is the day to remember, unforgetable memory.

That night before i couldnt sleep, i must be too excited. I close my eye, the nest thing happen was it is 7am and i have to get ready. Then give a ring to my friends so that they know i'm coming to get them. So i left the house get my friend at 7.30 am. As soon as i fetch them and on my way to Nikko Hotel, my beloved fren forgot about the guest ticket, so we have to make a turn back to PJ to get her ticket. Luckily the traffic was smooth. hehee.. we laugh out loud because of her forgetfulness and nervous. hehehe...

Reach the hotel, i register myself and then we get the robe. Soon after we got our robe.. we started to take picture.. haha.. the flashes make my eye blur. hehe

it was great!! fantastic..

now i'm a graduated student.. oh yeah.. my name appear on the newspaper dated on 3rd december 2005, star metro.

Well this is all i got for this. Hehehe I'm a graduate after all.. Cant believe i have graduated. Once my classmates and i were student and blink of eye, we now grown up and a graduate..

Miss my college life.. miss the things we do during our college.. miss my friends.
